Refunds: We do not offer refunds on orders as they are custom-made to your specifications. However, if your order arrives with an item that is incorrect or has any defects, we will take responsibility of that item, fix it, and ship it again to you.

Order Accuracy: Before your order is produced, you will have the opportunity to review and approve a final design proof. It is your responsibility to carefully review and confirm that all details are accurate. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and refunds cannot be issued for inaccuracies in the approved design.

Defective Items: If you receive an item with defects or inaccuracies due to a production error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will produce the correct item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
